Double Chamber Expeller

Special Features: * It comes with a two chamber design for pre-pressing and full pressing in single stage crushing for better oil recovery and profitable operation * It has a rigid main frame that can withstand heavy operating load for crushing job * It can crush all types of oilseeds and is specially designed for cottonseed and sunflower seed crushing. * It has a steam jacketed horizontal cooker that is mounted on the main expeller body. * It also has a heavy duty double reduction gear box that is fitted with heavy duty taper roller bearing that can withstand radial axial loads for crushing. * There is also a unique hollow drive sleeve arrangement that allows the main shaft to remove with ease and without affecting the gear box assembly. Its alloy steel main shaft, worms and cage bars are made from a special steel material with proper hardening that can withstand operating pressure and ensures long life. * The expeller also has a slip ring electric motor with a special starter that comes with a slow start up with reversible switch panel board. Special Features: * All the bodies, gear boxes and bearing housings are made of high grade cast iron * All the parties have male and female seatings to get the perfect alignment * All the shafting are made from EN alloy steel which means no wear and tear no twisting * The main gear fitted on Gidgegeon bush, reduces the load on worm shaft. Thus the shaft can be easily removed without disturbing the gear box. * No need to remove U bracket while changing the worm shafts * Heavy duty Helical and Spur Gears and Pinions of hobbing cut are used which run in the oil bath to ensure long life and silent operation. They can be driven in either direction of rotation * All the gears have a running backlash when meshed at correct centres * Extra reduction gears are fitted in the Intermediate and Side Gear Box for the division of the load * Heavy duty Cylindrical Rollers, Thrust, Taper Roller and Ball Bearings are used * Steam jacket is made from tested quality plates to uphold the steam and is provided with long and vertical types * The worm shafts are made of case hardening steel, grounded and finished on the threads for maximum efficiency.
